What is D&G Outdoors?
D&G Outdoors offers pheasant hunting experiences in Holly Hill, South Carolina. Our hunts take place on a family-owned farm with 14 shooting stations and are designed for individuals and small groups.
What types of hunts do you offer?
- Tower Hunts: Standard pheasant hunts lasting about 3 hours, typically including morning or afternoon sessions.
- Group Hunts: Private field reservations with either 100-bird or 200-bird drops; great for large groups, corporate outings, or events!
Do I need a license or permit?
Yes, a valid hunting license or preserve permit is required to participate in pheasant hunts at D&G Outdoors.

When are hunts available?
Hunt dates are typically offered from December through March. Specific dates and ticket availability can be found on the “Book a Tower Hunt” page on our website.
Does D&G Outdoors provide guns or ammunition?
D&G Outdoors is a “bring your own gun” facility and we do not provide firearms, so participants must bring their own shotguns. However, we do have shotgun shells available for purchase on-site at D&G Outdoors!
What's included in a hunt?
- BBQ lunch is served during or after the hunt
- Non-alcoholic beverages are provided
- Eye and ear protection is available on site
- Shotgun shells are available for purchase on the grounds
What should I bring with me?
- Valid hunting license or preserve permit
- Your own shotgun
- Appropriate outdoor clothing for hunting
- Personal gear as needed (boots, gloves, etc.)

How many people can participate in a hunt?
Each hunting station holds up to 4 shooters and we have 14 stations, so we can accommodate up to 56 people for a full field session.
Can I host a private event or group at D&G?
Yes! D&G Outdoors offers custom group hunt packages (100 or 200 bird drops) which can be tailored for corporate groups, family gatherings, retreats, and more. Contact us today to reserve the entire field!
